Refund policy

Buyers may request for exchange within 7 calendar days from the date of payment, strictly under the following circumstances:


a. The wrong item was delivered;
b. The item has undisclosed flaws or damages not shown in listing photos or declared prior to purchase;
c. Declared inclusions (e.g., dust bag, strap, etc.) are missing;
d. The item was misrepresented in terms of material, size, or features;

1.Conditions for Valid Exchange:

  • Item must be in original, unused condition
  • Tags, stickers, and protective packaging (if any) must be intact
  • All inclusions must be complete
  • Only on-hand items paid in full via cash or direct transfer are eligible
  • Exchange is valid one time only
  • Replacement must be of equal or higher value
  • Shipping cost for return and redelivery shall be shouldered by the buyer


2. Store Credit

If the buyer’s preferred exchange item is unavailable, a store credit voucher will be issued.

  • Valid for one-time use only, not convertible to cash
  • Non-transferable but does not expire
  • No change will be given for purchases below the voucher value

3. Final Sale Policy

All in-store purchases and items picked up in person are considered final.

  • By accepting the item, the buyer acknowledges that they have inspected it and accept it “as-is,” including any visible imperfections
  • No return or exchange shall be accepted once the item has left the premises, unless it meets the conditions for exchange stated above

4. Shipping Policy

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation
  • Once shipped, the responsibility of the item’s handling transfers to the third-party courier
  • The Look Officiel is not liable for delays, loss, or damages caused by the courier service
  • We will, however, assist in coordinating with the courier in case of issues
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, including in cases of exchange or refusal to receive the item
  • Any incorrect shipping information provided by the customer will be their sole responsibility

5. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders are considered final once payment is confirmed
  • Cancellations are not allowed for change of mind or personal preference
  • Requests for cancellation due to unavoidable circumstances must be submitted in writing within 24 hours of payment and are subject to approval
  • If cancellation is approved, any processing fees incurred (e.g., bank, courier, or admin) shall be deducted from the refund amount
  • The Look Officiel reserves the right to refuse cancellation if the item has already been packed or shipped

6.Natural Wear and Tear

The Look Officiel is not liable for natural aging or wear and tear of products after release. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Creasing or softening of leather
  • Tarnishing or scratching of hardware
  • Discoloration, fading, or peeling
  • Molding or rubber degradation

7. Limited Liability

The Look Officiel reserves the right to refuse exchanges, repairs, or after-sales service for items found to have been misused, altered, or damaged due to negligence after release.
