  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including tracking details if applicable.

  • Orders with incomplete or incorrect information may be delayed.

🇵🇭 Domestic Shipping (Philippines)

  • We offer nationwide shipping within the Philippines via trusted courier services such as J&T, LBC, or NinjaVan.

  • Standard delivery times range from 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on order weight and delivery address.

🌍 International Shipping

  • We currently ship to select countries. Shipping options and rates will be displayed at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery times range from 7–21 business days, depending on your location and local customs procedures.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied by their country.

👜 Packaging

  • All items are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.

  • In the case of a damaged package upon delivery, please contact us immediately with photos so we can assist.

🚚 Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to reflect on the courier’s website.

❗ Delays and Issues

  • We are not liable for delays caused by natural disasters, customs inspections, courier issues, or incorrect shipping information.

  • If your package is delayed or missing, contact us at hello@thelookofficiel.com and we’ll assist in coordinating with the courier.
